Background: In Covid-19 the virus infects respiratory tract in human. When lung tissue becomes diseased, walls and lining of alveoli capillaries are damaged. At this point compliance ventilation decrease. Pulmonary surfactant that is produced dispersed into alveolar space, has a significant role understanding how heavily covid-19 interferes cells. The importance pulmonary to lower surface tension at air/liquid interface lung. This achieved by reducing work breathing preventing collapse. main constituent dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine (DPPC) (C40H80NO8P). It phospholipid containing two non polar palmitic acid C16 chains as hydrophobic tails linked head group phosphatidylcholine (also known lecithin).
 Rationale Review Objective Method: DPPC molecules contact with solvent, micelles which grow further bilayers formed considering their cylindrical structures. trait makes whole structure amphipathic active molecules. attracted liquid causing reduction tension.
